How to Rent
Start by browsing our gear inventory and packages. Once you have a list of what you need, submit it as a quote request.
Once you submit a quote request, we’ll follow up via email with your quote and our Rental Terms & Conditions. We’ll need you to look over and sign the agreement before we move forward.
We’ll also ask you to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). We require general liability insurance with limits of at least $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate:
- Coverage for leased/rented property for an amount that will cover the REPLACEMENT value of the equipment you’re renting to your client
- Atlas Lighting should be named as a certificate holder and certified loss payee for that rented equipment
- Atlas Lighting should be named as an additional insured on a primary/non-contributory basis and a waiver of subrogation should be in favor of Atlas Lighting
Additional COI Requirements for Truck Rental
- Hired on auto coverage required when driving an Atlas owned vehicle
- A 30 day notice of cancellation should be provided by the client to Atlas Lighting
- Cannot hold trucks without a valid COI
- Can only be taken out by an Atlas certified driver
All drivers must be certified through Atlas. To receive certification, drivers:
- Have to be from G&E Dept.
- Must come in ahead of time to be trained on the truck and the loading/unloading of the grip package.
- Need to have a clean driving record and valid I.D.
Atlas can recommend a grip/driver who is already approved.
